A vitamin complex designed to supplement the body with iron and vitamins. Iron helps reduce fatigue and exhaustion. Vitamin C improves iron absorption. B vitamins are water-soluble and promote metabolism. In combination with iron, B vitamins have a positive effect on the formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin. B vitamins also promote normal functioning of the nervous system and psyche. Vitamin C and iron also support normal functioning of the immune system.
Providing the body with nutrients is important, for example, for raw foodists, vegans, vegetarians and athletes, as well as for other groups of the population according to individual needs. The contents of the capsule can be poured out and mixed with food or drink.
Ingredients: Vegetarian capsule, Vitamin E (Tocopherol acetate), Thiamine (Thiaminum), Vitamin B2 (Riboflavinum), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride), Vitamin B3 (Nicotinamide), Vitamin B9 (Acidum folicum), D-calcium pantothenate (Calcii pantothenas), Vitamin B7 (Biotin), Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin), Ascorbic acid (Acidum ascorbinicum), Ferrous sulfate monohydrate II (Ferrous sulfate monohydrate II), Maltodextrin (Maltodextrin), Magnesium (Magnesium).
Recommended dosage: 1 capsule per day.
Storage: Store in a dry place, at room temperature. Do not store in direct sunlight. Protect from frost!
