• Water treatment time: 10 min;
• Overall dimensions: 120´120´180 mm;
• Weight: 500 g.
The inner container has a diaphragm - a porous window to ensure the passage of current between the electrodes. Therefore, a slight flow of water from the glass is normal and does not lead to mixing of water and loss of pH solutions. The water to be activated, after removing the top cover with electrodes, is poured into the inner glass inserted into the main tank, as well as directly into the main tank by 5 mm below the ring mark on the inside of the main container. After installing the top cover with electrodes in place and connecting the device to the network, the process of electrolysis (activation) begins. In this case, the catholyte is formed in the main tank, and the anolyte in the glass (inner tank).

Method of application
The instructions attached to the device contain detailed instructions on the use of water for various diseases and for household purposes. Most often, a combination of "live" and "dead" water is used with intake or surface use at different times.
Remove the top cover with electrodes from the device. Pour water into the fabric glass to the brim and into the main container 15-20 mm below the top edge of the glass.
It is recommended to use bottled non-carbonated water with a salinity of not more than 250 mg/l as source water.
Install the top cover according to the instructions and connect the device to the mains. Remember the turn on time. The operation of the device is signaled by the glow of the voltage indicator on the electrodes and the release of bubbles on the cathode.
A quantitative characteristic of the acidity or integrity of water is the pH value, which is determined by the activity of hydrogen ions. Distilled water - neutral - has a pH = 7. For anolyte, a pH value of 2 to 6 units is recommended, and for catholyte from 9 to 12 units.
To obtain a catholyte with pH = 10-12 units, 3-10 minutes of operation of the device is sufficient. To obtain an anolyte with pH = 2-4 units, 3-10 minutes of operation of the device is sufficient. The exact time to obtain the desired pH is given in a separate instruction table. The only way to accurately measure the pH level is with a laboratory ionometer.
After the required time has elapsed, disconnect the plug from the socket, carefully remove the top cover with electrodes, remove the fabric cup and drain the anolyte (“dead water”) from it into the prepared container. After that, pour catholyte (“living water”) into another container.
Carefully wipe the electrodes from deposits of hardness salts with a damp cloth.
Anolyte and catholyte should be used within 5-8 hours after preparation - the solutions lose their activity over time. Do not put activated water in the refrigerator - this will lose the quality of the water. When heating such water, do not bring it to a boil.
After 40-60 minutes of storage of the catholyte, a white precipitate of hardness salts appears at the bottom of the container, which must be drained.
A single average dose of activated water for oral administration is 1/2 cup for an adult. For children aged 2 to 5 years, this dose is a quarter of a glass, from 5 to 12 years - a third, and for older children, the dosage can be used as for adults.
It is recommended to take activated water inside 30 minutes before meals or 2-2.5 hours after. It is advisable to avoid fatty and spicy foods and alcoholic beverages during the course of admission.
When ingesting "live" and then "dead" water, you need to pause between doses for at least 1.5-2 hours - otherwise the action of each will be neutralized.
When applied externally (treatment of a wound, burn, etc.), a pause of 8-10 minutes is necessary between the use of "live" and "dead" water.
Terms of use and storage
Before using the unit for the first time, wash the fabric cup in soapy water and rinse it thoroughly in clean warm water. Then treat the water in the installation for 10 minutes and drain it into the sewer.
Follow the safety rules for working with electrical appliances. It is forbidden to connect Melesta to the electrical network without water in the containers.
It is possible to remove the top cover, pour water, drain ready-made solutions, remove and install a fabric cup only on Melesta that is disconnected from the network. It is forbidden to touch the device during operation and rearrange it from place to place.
Do not leave the appliance unattended and do not treat water for more than 10 minutes.
Do not use water with a salinity of more than 250 mg/l. It is not recommended to use tap water, because. the level of its mineralization can be very different.
To prevent the appearance of plaque on the electrodes, after 300-400 minutes of operation, wash them with a 14% solution of table vinegar or a 5% solution of hydrochloric acid.
